About these terms

These terms govern your use of dircrafts.com and any order you place with Dir Crafts. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

All items sold by Dir Crafts are handmade in Upper Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Because each piece is made individually, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details provided.

Intended use

Our pieces are sold as handcrafted tools and collectible objects for lawful use only — kitchen and food preparation, everyday utility, outdoor use, gifting and collecting. You are responsible for handling them safely and for complying with any law in your area that governs carrying or possessing such items. Keep them away from children.

Age

By ordering you confirm you are of legal age to purchase these items where you live.

Liability

Dir Crafts is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, or from use that is careless or unlawful.
