Inspect before you pay

Every Cash on Delivery parcel may be opened and inspected in front of the courier before payment. If what you received is not what you ordered, refuse the parcel and pay nothing. This is the quickest way to resolve a problem.

Exchange window

If you have already accepted and paid for your order, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• unused and undamaged
• in its original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Handmade variation is not a defect

Every piece is forged and finished by hand in Upper Dir. Small differences in wood grain, brass detailing, colour and surface finish are natural to the craft and are not considered faults.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How to request an exchange

Email dircrafts7@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Carbon steel care

Our blades are carbon steel and will develop surface rust if stored damp. Rust caused by storage after delivery is not covered by this policy. Please follow the care instructions on each product page.
