Where we deliver

Dir Crafts delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order within Pakistan. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.

Open parcel before payment

You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier before paying. If the item you received does not match what you ordered, you may refuse the parcel at no cost.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.

Because every piece is made by hand in Upper Dir, occasional delays can happen during busy periods. If your order will take longer than expected, we will contact you.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details on the phone number or email you provided at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
