Care & Delivery

Care for your DirCrafts piece

Each piece is hand-finished in Upper Dir. Small differences in handle colour, grain or finish can occur and are part of its handmade character.

  • Keep carbon steel dry after use and avoid prolonged moisture.
  • For storage, a light coat of food-safe mineral oil can help protect carbon steel from moisture.
  • For kitchen pieces, hand wash, dry promptly and avoid leaving them submerged.
  • For folding pieces, keep the joint clean and dry.

Delivery & exchange

Free nationwide delivery across Pakistan, Cash on Delivery, and parcel inspection before payment. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
